Are all the products on your site new?
Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes with the full
manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product
description. We do have some used items, but they will be described as
such.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is
to a distribution center. The average order arrives at its destination
within 3-4 days. Most of our shipments are via
Parcel Post,
What is your refund policy?

What warranties do you offer?
All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product. We do
have an exchange offer for defective products. Please contact us if you
have a defect complaint. Items returned for any other reason (except mis-shipments
by us) are subject to a restocking charge. Again, contact us with any
concerns.

How do I know my personal information is secure?
Our commitment to your security is a top priority. We employ the
industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use
(such as Amazon.com). We process all charge card payments in-house, no

We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t
often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly
every day over the internet. To date, we have had no reports of any
security problems with any of our customers.
